If you ride a bicycle, please be careful.
If you do not follow the rules, you will have to pay money (a fine).
In some cases, you may be arrested by the police.
Examples:
Ignoring a traffic light → 6,000 yen
Using a mobile phone while riding → 12,000 yen or possible arrest
Riding with an umbrella → 5,000 yen
Riding while wearing earphones → 5,000 yen
Riding after drinking alcohol → Possible arrest
