[Notice] Speed Limit Change on Residential Roads (Starting Sept 1, 2026)
【お知らせ】生活道路の法定速度が変わります（令和8年9月1日〜）
New Speed Limit / 新しい速度制限
30 km/h (Reduced from 60 km/h) / 時速30キロ（従来：60キロ）
Target Roads / 対象となる道路
Narrow roads in residential areas without a center line.
中央線（センターライン）や車両通行帯がない、住宅街などの道路。
Exceptions / 例外
Roads with posted speed limit signs (e.g., 40 km/h sign = 40 km/h limit).
速度制限標識がある道路は、その標識の指定速度に従ってください（例：40km/h標識がある場合は40km/h）。
Roads with center lines remain 60 km/h unless posted otherwise.
中央線がある道路は、原則これまで通り60km/hです。
