第3回目のオリエンテーション

今回は保護者の皆さんもご参加頂きました

海外研修の準備と心構え

研修生→歌の練習、プレゼン練習等

　保護者→各種説明(Wi-Fi、レンタル品、お土産、保険など)

　　　　→前回研修生保護者からのアドバイス

研修生たちは、初めて、大人数の前で自己紹介をしました！事前連絡なしだったので、緊張したと思いましたが、みんな頑張って大きな声で自己紹介できました

素晴らしい！

部屋を分かれて、研修生は練習に。

今回は各イベントのときのリーダー決めも行いました。これにより、また良い顔になってきましたよ

保護者は各種準備の説明を受けました。

保護者の皆さん真剣な面持ちで、説明を聞いてくださいました。

特にありがたい前回研修生の保護者、戸田さん、塚原さんからのお話。

携帯電話の話、お土産品や、バッグの種類、準備したもの、いらなかったもの、など丁寧にお話してくださいました。

すごく貴重な話を沢山聞けて、本当にありがたかったです！

Third Orientation for 29th Kitakata Student Delegation to Wilsonville.

This time, parents are also joined us!

Greetings from Staff

Students Greetings (Japanese, English)

Preparing for and Mindset for Delegation

Students → Song practice, presentation practice, etc.

　Parents → Various explanations (Wi-Fi, rental items, souvenirs, insurance, etc.)

　　　　→ Advice from parents of previous Delegation member

The students introduced themselves in front of a large group for the first time! Since they hadn’t been told about this beforehand, I thought they might be nervous, but everyone did their best and introduced themselves in loud voices

Wonderful!

After that, the students and parents split rooms.

The students had practice they’re introduction and speeches. They’re getting better!

Also we decided the some leader at the events. And it made them more good face to go on.

At the another room, the parents received explanations about various preparations.

The parents listened to the explanations with serious expressions.

And we had special talk given by the parents of previous delegation members, Ms. Toda and Ms. Tsukahara.

They kindly shared their experiences regarding cell phones, souvenirs, types of bags, things they prepared, and things they didn’t need.

We were truly grateful to hear so many valuable stories!

The trip to Wilson is steadily approaching
