2025.7.10 多文化理解講座(フィリピン)@豊川小学校

豊川小学校の１、2年生に多文化理解講座を行わせて頂きました！

講師は中村ロダさん

まずは、当協会土手チーフより、喜多方市にいる外国人の数やフィリピン人の割合などについて説明です。

喜多方市では2番目にフィリピン人が多いんですよ〜

そして、フィリピンのキレイな映像などを見ながらクイズも混じえて、フィリピンについて丁寧に説明です

日本とフィリピンのあいさつの違いや食べ物など〜

クイズは、

これは、フルーツかな？野菜かな？みんな張り切って手を挙げます

お祝いの時は何を食べる〜？

豊川小学校のALTはフィリピン出身のアーサー先生。アーサー先生ともお友達なロダさん。

このダンスはアーサー先生が住んでいたところで踊るのよ〜！

すると、子どもたちもアーサー先生は何が好きなの〜！？と、アーサー先生についても詳しくなってしまいそうな場面も（笑）

We gave a multicultural understanding lecture to first and second graders at Toyokawa Elementary School!

The instructor was Ms. Rhoda Nakamura

First, our association’s chief Ms.Dote explained the number of foreigners in Kitakata City and the percentage of Filipinos.

In Kitakata City, there are the second largest number of Filipinos .

Then, she explained about the Philippines in detail with quizzes while watching beautiful images of the Philippines .

The quiz was,

Is this a fruit?Is it a vegetable?Everyone raised their hands with enthusiasm .

What do you eat when you celebrate?

Roasted whole pig.

NOooooo! Kids are screamed! Haha!

The ALT at Toyokawa Elementary School is Mr. Arthur from the Philippines. Ms. Rhoda is friends with Mr. Arthur.

This dance is danced in the place where Mr. Arthur used to live!

The children also asked what Arthur-sensei likes!and even got to know more about Mr. Arthur (lol).

Everyone had a great time learning .
